AD43 TO&E Chatroom: We will schedule online staff meetings in the chatroom, attendance is not mandatory,
buit it will give us a chance to coordinate early and handle problems before the event.
AD43 TO&E Forum: This forum is for the Commanding personnel (and other rankholders) for the Castra
Lafe AD43 Event.
Discussion should be limited to Castra Lafe, as we are all members of way to many forums now. We may
speak frankly here amoung ourselves, with a goal of improving the experience for the milites and pictish warriors that will
serve under us. Please take a moment to introduce yourself.

It is the hope of the
event staff that by preparing early, working together online, meeting online, and explaining expectations and duties we can
arrive ready to rock and roll for Lafe and have less wasted down time!
Common courtesy is simply expected gents. Disagreements on the forum is fine, just be polite, but we will
present a unified command staff at Lafe.
