this is a very fluid schedule that will be affected by events, particularly on Saturday as Needlefelt combat
ensues. In order to keep you guessing, only the senior officers will be aware
of combat times and certain events that contribute to the scenario, though you will be advised to wear needlefelt when appropriate. In the event you are told to do something for the SCENARIO, you must do it,
no matter how little sense it makes... Trust us...

2nd Hour 0800 Opening Formation for ALL (Romans, Brits, Civs), Introductions, Welcome and safety briefing. This is the last “modern moment” until the scenario ends. Explanation of the Standards to the protected/stolen.
2nd Hour 0830 Details, Patrol, Guard Mount, Engineering projects
4th Hour 1000 Full Drill (Full Arms and Armor, all troops except light guard)
6th Hour 1200 Lunch
7th Hour 1300 Area Pacification Patrol
8th Hour 1430 Full Drill
9th Hour 1530 Details, Patrol
11th Hour 1700 Recognition Ceremony (any participating Legion may use this formation to promote
and/or recognize their troops for past service.)
12th Hour 1800 Dinner.
